Job summary

SageOx, Inc. is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer based in Seattle (SF candidates considered) to join the customer boundary and turn friction into shipped product.

You will embed with customers, educate teams, unlock value, and drive fixes and features that matter to user workflows. You’ll own customer-reported items from bug to merge, design onboarding playbooks, and deliver a daily digest that informs the team about trends and opportunities to improve the product.

Qualifications

• Software engineer with customer-facing experience.
• Strong debugging and end-to-end feature shipping.
• Able to run onboarding and design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Be the first line of engagement with customers where they live.
• Onboard new customers onsite and design their workflows.
• Own customer-reported items end-to-end from bug to merge.
• Create value through docs, teaching, and repeatable playbooks.
• Create daily/weekly signal digest of customer feedback.
• Shorten time-to-value with each onboarding.
