Accenture Flex is hiring a Custom Software Engineer to deliver tailored software solutions onsite for clients in the Charlotte, NC or New Jersey area. You will design, code, and enhance components across systems, using modern frameworks and agile practices to ensure scalable, high-performing outcomes.
You will lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, applying deep technical knowledge to meet project requirements and drive continuous improvement across development processes.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of work experience.
- Master proficiency in Core Java.
- 100% onsite client work in the Charlotte, NC or New Jersey area.
Responsibilities
- Develop custom software solutions by designing, coding, and enhancing components across systems or applications.
- Utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable solutions.
- Lead and collaborate with teams to make key decisions and provide solutions across multiple teams.

- Analyze complex problems and improve system performance and reliability.
