Tommy Nobis Center is seeking a Custodial/Janitorial Lead Worker at Mountain Home AFB. You will lead the custodial team, ensuring shift tasks are completed and serve as the on-site point of accountability when management is unavailable.

Responsibilities include a 24/7 on-call schedule, staff training, coordinating supplies, and maintaining safety and contract standards while performing general janitorial duties.

Formación

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in janitorial or custodial roles.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Must pass security/background checks for base access.

Responsabilidades

• Lead custodial team on assigned shifts and ensure task completion.
• Respond on-site within 2 hours of emergencies outside normal hours.
• Provide training to staff on janitorial practices and safety.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
• Perform janitorial duties per contract standards.
