Qualifications

• Experience with staffing and Quality Control inspections on custodial contracts.
• Experience guiding or working with people with disabilities is required.
• 1-year supervisory experience or 4 years prior janitorial experience with leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-job training and supervision to janitorial staff.
• Vacuuming offices.
• Wet mopping halls, offices, and cafeterias.
• Buffing, stripping, and waxing floors.
• Inspect work to ensure quality.
• Prepare work schedules for cleaning duties.
• Monitor inventory levels of janitorial supplies.
• Ensure safety compliance and OSHA standards.
