Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining patient accounts by verifying information.

• Ensure that all required billing documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
• Respond to patient inquiries related to balances and payment options.
• Provide general administrative support to the Accounts Receivable team.
• Assist in generating standard AR reports and aging accounts.
• Reconcile daily cash receipts and deposits.
• Investigate and process credit balance refunds.
