Center for Change in Orem, Utah is seeking an Accounts Receivable Billing Coordinator to join our Business Office. This full-time, on-site role requires knowledge of medical claims reimbursement and collections experience in a multi-site healthcare setting.

You will manage claims billing, follow-up, deposit posting, and patient account communications, ensuring timely reimbursements. A minimum of 3 years of medical billing experience and EMR/billing software proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years previous medical billing experience required.
• Experience using EMR and billing software required.

Responsibilities

• Claims billing, follow-up and timely collections of Insurance, Medicaid and private pay patient accounts for multi-site healthcare facilities
• Charge entry and deposit posting
• Other duties as assigned, with or without reasonable accommodation, to assist in maintaining quality standards and presenting the facility as a successful entity
