Job summary

Per Sé Group is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to provide onsite leadership for a 650 MW utility-scale solar project in Missouri. You will oversee EPC contractors, ensure adherence to drawings, permits and standards, and manage safety, quality, schedule, and logistics on a large, multi-contractor site.

The role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of construction management experience.
• 3–5 years of utility-scale solar and/or wind construction experience.
• Experience with EPC contractors, construction management firms, engineering firms, or owner/developer.
• Strong understanding of EPC contracts, subcontractors, sequencing, site logistics, safety, quality and schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite leadership and oversight of EPC contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project personnel.
• Verify construction activities comply with scope, IFC drawings, permits, codes, contractual requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor safety, quality, environmental compliance, schedule, productivity, logistics and contractor performance.
• Review construction schedules and identify risks impacting milestones.
• Lead site meetings and coordinate with PM, Engineering, Safety, Quality, contractors and suppliers.
• Oversee sequencing, crew coordination, material laydown, site logistics and resource needs.
• Track OFE and OEM deliveries and address procurement or delivery issues.
• Coordinate with EPC and OEM suppliers and manage care, custody, and control transfers.
• Lead, mentor and coordinate onsite construction team members.
• Conduct safety and quality inspections and intervene as needed.
• Participate in pre-task alignment, First Build and Golden Row inspections.
• Ensure contractor documentation and deliverables meet requirements.
• Provide timely progress, risk, issues and resolution reporting.
