The role requires DoD security clearance, a STEM degree, and 2+ years of relevant experience. It offers a 9/80 schedule, onsite work, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with networking basics, Cisco IOS, and VPNs.
• Linux/CentOS administration (RHCSA preferred).
• Configuring and managing cryptographic devices; PKI concepts.
• VPN tunneling and SSH exposure.
• Monitoring tools such as Snort.

Responsibilities

• Perform configuration and setup of cryptographic devices in network environments.
• Conduct functional and performance testing of devices for military capabilities.
• Develop test reports and document system configurations.
• Answer technical queries and assist Navy users.
• Create and maintain system configuration documentation.
