Job summary

Flambeau, Inc. is seeking a Credit Representative to manage customer receivables and minimize risk while maximizing cash flow. The role is 100% onsite in Wisconsin and requires solid credit experience and ERP proficiency.

You will assess creditworthiness, contact customers about past due invoices, set up new customers, review deductions, and reconcile accounts. A 2-year accounting degree is preferred and background checks apply.

Qualifications

• 2 years of credit experience is preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel.
• 2 year degree in Accounting or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess creditworthiness of current and potential customers with credit insurance provider.
• Collect receivables through contact with customers on past due invoices and follow up to ensure payments.
• Set up new customers in the system.
• Review deductions and process credit memos.
• Reconcile warranty claims and customer accounts as needed.
• Coordinate with Flambeau departments to resolve customer deductions.
