Job summary

Anastasia Beverly Hills is seeking a Creative Project Manager to own design project intake, track timelines, and balance resources to keep the design team on schedule. The role ensures briefs are complete with copy, assets, and promotions and coordinates with marketing, education and visual merchandising teams.

Qualifications

• Asana: expert in intake forms, workflows, and multi-homing tasks.
• Figma: comfortable managing review links for stakeholders.
• Canva: experienced routing light-production requests.
• Brief & asset vetting ensures copy, assets, and promo details are complete before assignment.
• Capacity planning to monitor designer bandwidth and forecast delivery schedules.
• Ability to hold cross-functional teams to intake guidelines and push back on incomplete briefs.
• Translate business goals into concrete creative tasks and explain constraints clearly.
• Negotiate timelines when resources are stretched and prioritize effectively.
• Lead concise weekly syncs to surface blockers and align priorities.
• Maintain organized project boards and ensure clear task dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Own project intake and ensure briefs are complete for design handoff.
• Monitor timelines, resources, and progress to meet deadlines.
• Track stakeholder feedback and ensure timely revisions or approvals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to adjust timelines with business needs.
