Job summary

Anastasia Beverly Hills is seeking an organized Assistant Video Editor to join our in-house production team in Culver City. You will support post-production by organizing footage, creating selects and rough cuts, and prepping timelines for final delivery.

You'll work closely with lead editors and social managers to maintain a seamless workflow, applying feedback to uphold the brand aesthetic across campaigns and platforms. This role requires a sharp eye for beauty trends and tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on video editing or post-production experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro with project organization and proxy workflows.
• Strong understanding of video codecs, file formats, frame rates, and post-production workflows.
• Excellent organizational skills with project directories, naming conventions, and version control.
• Eye for color, makeup, skin tones, and beauty trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ingest, sync, and organize raw footage; manage post-production assets.
• Build initial sequences, rough cuts, and assembly edits for campaigns and social content.
• Reformat and optimize edits for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and digital ads.
• Prepare final project files and export deliverables for color grading and sound design.
• Collaborate with creative directors and lead editors to apply feedback consistently.
