Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• US citizenship required.
• 7–10 years counterintelligence experience in DoD/IC.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading counterintelligence teams or programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for CO's Representative and Program Manager communications.
• Conduct monthly team performance reviews.
• Manage resource allocation to optimize team capabilities.
• Coordinate surge support during periods of increased operational tempo.
• Ensure no personnel vacancies exceed 60 days to maintain continuous mission support.
• Process and respond to RFIs within established timelines.
• Develop and deliver counterintelligence briefings to supported commands and personnel.
• Conduct comprehensive threat assessments to identify and mitigate foreign intelligence threats.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between counterintelligence, security, and Technical Surveillance Countermeasures elements.
