Premier Therapy in Bellefonte, PA is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to help residents strengthen daily function and independence. This onsite role works closely with the supervising OT to deliver evidence-based treatment and track progress.

Responsibilities include delivering therapy interventions, assisting with evaluations and goals, updating treatment plans, communicating with the care team and families, and completing accurate documentation in rehab software.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania COTA license.
• Knowledge of OT assessments and interventions.
• Experience with geriatric and long-term care populations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort using rehab documentation platforms.
