This full-time onsite position involves monitoring project activities, providing financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with budgets. The ideal candidate holds a relevant Bachelor's degree and has 3+ years of experience in budgeting and forecasting, alongside strong skills in MS Office and communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience depending on the complexity of the Business Unit.
• Must have budgeting or forecasting experience.
• Background experience in estimating/scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gathering of daily production data from the job site.
• Revise analyses of project activities to anticipate recurrent forecasts.
• Provide monthly reporting to Project manager and Area controller.
• Assist in financial decision making by providing analysis on performance trends.
• Monitor projects during execution by analyzing results against budget.
• Prepare bid reorganization, budget and forecast for the area.
• Perform cost analysis simulation to improve production and reduce risk.
• Carry out job duties while maintaining company values.
