• Design and run experiments to determine optimal processes.
• Standardize processes across facilities.
• Document best practices and create SOPs.
• Lead R&D process to expand use of robots.
• Work with vendors on equipment selection and implementation.
• Calculate ROI and build business cases for automation investments.
• Work with other departments to align on solutions.
• Train teams on new processes and equipment.
• Drive cultural change toward experimentation and continuous improvement.
