Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in event production, planning, or venue operations.
• Proven ability to lead complex live event production from planning to onsite execution.
• Strong knowledge of AV, lighting, staging, and branding for events.
• Experience managing production agencies, vendors, budgets, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of OPC and Foundation convenings, managing timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with production partners, scopes, timelines, deliverables and onsite delivery.
• Oversee production planning including AV, lighting, staging, rentals and technical requirements.
• Partner with internal teams to implement branding across signage, graphics, displays, and collateral.
• Translate creative concepts into executable production plans within venue, budget and schedule.
• Coordinate with Presidential Center campus teams to align production with operations.
• Lead production meetings, site visits, rehearsals, vendor briefings and onsite activities.
• Develop standards, templates, workflows and vendor resources for consistency.
• Identify production risks and develop contingency plans for safe, high‑quality execution.
• Provide production support for convenings led by others and perform other duties as assigned.
