Job summary

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, job costing, and percentage-of-completion accounting, mentor the finance team, and collaborate with operations to improve processes and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading accounting and finance teams.
• Strong costing, job costing, and cost analysis skills.
• Proven ability to deliver accurate financial reporting and insights.
• Experience with percentage-of-completion accounting and project financials.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Provide accurate financial analysis, reporting, and insights to executive leadership.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Oversee and analyze costing, job costs, margins, and profitability.
• Apply and maintain knowledge of percentage-of-completion accounting and project financial performance.
• Partner with leadership and operations to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
• Develop meaningful financial metrics and reporting to support strategic decisions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting and finance staff.
• Ensure strong internal controls and accurate records.
