Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficiency in English and All Spoken Languages.
• Ability to perform consecutive interpretation between English and All Spoken Languages.
• Completion of relevant language and interpreting proficiency evaluations.
• Résumé in English during application.
• Background checks and health/immunization requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and professional consecutive interpretation between English and All Spoken Languages during onsite assignments.
• Provide remote interpretation by telephone or video when applicable.
• Follow interpreter protocols and client requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy, security, and data-protection requirements (HIPAA, FERPA, GLBA).
• Interact professionally with clients, patients, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain language proficiency and subject-matter knowledge for assignments.
