Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consumer lending, underwriting, or loan operations.
• 2) Leadership experience is required.
• 3) High school diploma or GED; degree in business, finance, accounting, or management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead lending team and mentor staff to drive growth and service excellence.
• Enforce underwriting guidelines and ensure regulatory compliance.
