The candidate will monitor site activities, ensure strict quality control, and communicate progress and risks to the project team. A strong customer-service attitude and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in multi-family construction.
• Blueprint reading proficiency.
• Ability to access entire job site, including stairs.
• Monitors jobsite health and safety compliance.
• Professional/customer service attitude and appearance.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees construction site operations from planning to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials and equipment to stay on schedule and budget.
• Ensure job site safety with OSHA standards.
• Maintain thorough documentation records.
• Schedule and perform quality control checks using checklists.
• Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
• Identify conflicts in progress and report to the project team.
• Walk each unit daily to monitor activities and plan ahead.
