Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction.
• Experience managing Self Storage, industrial, tilt up, multi story storage, or similar commercial projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite construction activities for Self Storage projects.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and daily operations.
• Ensure all work complies with local codes and project requirements.
