Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction sequencing, scheduling, and field operations.
• Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and construction management technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite construction activities for ground up and tenant improvement Self Storage projects.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and daily field operations.
• Maintain project schedules and proactively identify and resolve field related issues or delays.
• Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct daily site walks and enforce jobsite safety requirements and company policies.
