Job summary

Omnibuild is seeking an Assistant Construction Superintendent for projects in New York, New York. Ideal candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in high-rise and large-scale renovation construction, specifically in the NYC area.

Your main responsibilities will include overseeing subcontractor work, ensuring project safety and quality, and assisting Superintendents in planning execution. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, along with DOB SST credentials, are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• At least 1-3 years of relevant construction experience.
• Must possess valid DOB SST credentials (OSHA 30).
• Passion for construction and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee work performed by subcontractors and support supervisory needs.
• Assist Superintendents in daily planning and execution.
• Ensure project safety and quality control standards are met.
