Job summary

American Capital Group is seeking a Construction Superintendent for a 305-unit multifamily project in the United States. You will manage on-site activities, read plans, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain schedules using Procore and MS Project.

The role requires 4+ years of multifamily or related project experience, strong teamwork, and a focus on quality and safety. Competitive compensation includes a base salary of $120,000 to $170,000 per year plus bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years on multifamily, senior housing or hotel projects.
• Must read and understand plans, specifications, and scopes of work.
• On-site construction leadership experience preferred.
• Procore experience preferred; MS Office (Excel/Outlook) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project from start to closeout.
• Create and maintain project schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors and material deliveries.
• Maintain daily field reports and progress records.
• Foster collaboration with owners, team and city officials.
• Ensure quality control and safety practices.
