Actalent is seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee Las Vegas operations on an onsite, Contract-to-Hire basis. The role requires 8+ years in commercial construction, Procore and OSHA 30, and proven leadership.

Formación

• Minimum of 8 years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
• Proficient in Procore and Microsoft Office.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Excellent leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret design and construction documents and contracts.
• Knowledge of construction methods, tools, scheduling, and cost control.
• Proven ability to ensure client satisfaction while maintaining profitability and safety.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee pre-construction meetings and coordinate temporary facilities.
• Develop and implement safety plans.
• Manage subcontractor contracts and QA/QC programs.
• Supervise jobsite efforts and conduct weekly safety meetings.
• Record time and units and communicate with the Project Manager.
• Handle daily scheduling, manpower management, city inspections, and document management.
• Administer punch list and ensure items are reviewed and completed in Procore.
