Responsibilities

• Partner with Safety Director to implement policies.
• Provide leadership for assigned projects and on-site staff.
• Serve as site Safety Professional for construction projects.
• Collaborate with Subcontractor Safety Reps to ensure compliance.
• Investigate and resolve field safety issues with project staff.
• Enforce safe work practices per regulations and contractual requirements.
• Educate staff on safety guidelines and policies.
• Conduct scheduled and impromptu safety trainings.
