Job summary

HazTek Safety Management in Conshohocken, PA is seeking an experienced Safety Specialist to support commercial construction projects and drive compliance, ensuring workers go home safe.

Responsibilities include overseeing OSHA compliance, daily safety meetings, accident investigations, PPE enforcement, safety audits, and tool inspections; a strong background in fall protection, scaffolding, and excavation is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30 in Construction required; OSHA 510 preferred.
• First Aid/CPR certified.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards such as LOTO and fall protection.
• Experience in Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Steel Erection, and Excavation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of a commercial construction project ensuring OSHA compliance.
• Conduct daily safety meetings.
• Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations.
• Ensure all personnel wear their PPE.
• Daily safety audits and inspections.
• Inspect power tools and heavy equipment.
