HazTek Safety Management is hiring an experienced Safety Specialist in Fogelsville, PA to support our commercial construction projects. You will oversee OSHA compliance, lead daily safety meetings, and ensure PPE usage across crews.

The role requires 5+ years in construction safety, OSHA 30 Construction, First Aid/CPR, and strong knowledge of safety standards. This is a full-time on-site position with a commitment to HazTek's core values and a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Heavy civil and excavation experience required.
• Minimum 5+ years of construction safety experience required.
• OSHA 30 hour in Construction certification required.
• First Aid/CPR certified.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.

• This project will require 10-hour workdays and Saturday availability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of a commercial construction projects ensuring OSHA compliance
• Conduct daily safety meetings
• Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations
• Ensure all personnel wear their personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Daily safety audits and inspections
• Inspect power tools and heavy equipment
