Job summary

HazTek Safety Management is seeking a Safety Specialist in Conshohocken, PA to support our growing commercial construction projects. You will drive OSHA compliance, lead daily safety meetings, and ensure PPE usage across the site.

The role requires 5+ years of construction safety experience, OSHA 30 in Construction, and First Aid/CPR certification. You will contribute to a culture of safety and accountability at HazTek.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30 in Construction required; OSHA 510 preferred.
• First Aid/CPR certified.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards such as LOTO and fall protection.
• Experience in Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Steel Erection, and Excavation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to embody HazTek’s core values: Integrity, Compassion, Dependability, Leadership, and Accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of a commercial construction projects ensuring OSHA compliance.
• Conduct daily safety meetings.
• Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations.
• Ensure all personnel wear their personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Daily safety audits and inspections.
• Inspect power tools and heavy equipment.
