Job summary

Clark Construction Group seeks a Safety Coordinator to safeguard the health and well-being of thousands of craft workers and project teams across our active jobsites. You will assist in administering Clark’s Safety, Health, and Environmental program, enforce safety standards, coach crews, and help plan complex safety aspects of projects, including lifts, materials handling, and emergency procedures.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in occupational health and safety, construction management, engineering, or related field with expected graduation Winter 2026 or Spring 2027.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 trained, preferred

Responsibilities

• Implement safe working practices and promote well-being on sites.
• Assist in administering Clark’s Safety, Health, and Environmental program.
• Enforce safety programs and federal/state/local standards.
• Coach employees and trade contractors on health and safety requirements.
• Develop and implement project-specific safety programs.
• Identify hazards and mitigate hazardous conditions.
• Conduct site walks and report safety performance.
• Coordinate third‑party safety reviews, including OSHA qualifications.
