Job summary

CORE Safety Group is seeking a Safety Advisor for an 8-month assignment in Vernon, TX to oversee a construction project and ensure safety compliance with Federal, State, Local, and owner requirements.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of construction safety experience, OSHA 30-hour certification, and bilingual abilities, with strong communication and writing skills and the ability to work independently on-site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction safety experience.
• Must be able to pass a drug/background check.
• Ability to communicate with members at all levels and to write clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of safety on a Vernon, TX construction project and ensure compliance with Federal, State, Local, and owner safety requirements.
• Identify and address safety issues; promote safe work practices on-site.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to maintain safety standards and reporting.
