Job summary

CORE Safety Group is a nationwide safety management and loss control consultant. We are currently seeking a Safety Advisor for an 8 month project to provide oversight on a construction project.

The Safety Advisor will identify safety issues at the site and ensure compliance with Federal, State, Local and owner safety requirements, while communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate in speech and writing with members at all levels throughout an organization.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to interpret safety standards.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with diverse personalities.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and display a high level of organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight on a construction project to identify safety issues and ensure compliance with Federal, State, Local and owner safety requirements.
• Communicate safety findings clearly to project teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Monitor site safety practices and coordinate corrective actions as needed.
