Responsibilities

• Oversee 3-Phase Quality Control management during construction.
• Conduct daily onsite inspections for compliance.
• Generate detailed daily field reports on progress and discrepancies.

Skills

5+ Years with $50M+ Construction projects

Construction Quality Management (CQM) certification

OSHA-30 certification

Experience with oversight of Architectural component installation

Familiarity with construction codes and materials

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work with cross-functional teams
