Job summary

Posillico Civil, Inc. in Mission, TX seeks a Project Superintendent to lead all crews and subcontractors to complete projects safely, on time, and within budget.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, monitor safety, scheduling, materials, and field operations, ensuring compliance with TXDOT standards and company policies.

This role reports to the Regional Director and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented and able to meet deadlines.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Strong interpersonal and follow-through capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Safety: enforce safety manual, OSHA standards, and on-site protocols.
• Administrative: submit daily timesheets and assist estimating.
• Scheduling: coordinate with subcontractors and utilities, plan daily workloads.
• Planning: develop look-ahead schedules and coordinate equipment/material needs.
• Supervision: manage labor resources and ensure task completion.
