American Trademark Construction Services, Inc. in Englewood, OH is seeking a skilled Project Manager who will supervise on-site teams and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver quality projects on time and within budget.

You will participate in preconstruction activities, review payment applications, and ensure safety and quality control plans are implemented. Regional travel is required to serve Ohio and surrounding states.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with ability to supervise and lead a construction team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of building plans and specifications.
• Experience coordinating procurement, safety plans, and project close-out.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and maintains relationships with clients, subcontractors and vendors.
• Final review of payment applications.
• Assists in creating and carrying out a job specific safety plan.
• Ensures a quality control plan is developed and implemented.
• Manages the procurement process including labor, equipment, materials and subcontracts.
• Participates in all preconstruction services.
• Support and manage project superintendents.
• Oversees start‑up and commissioning.
• Manages project close out.
