Job summary

T&M Associates in Mount Laurel Township, NJ, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead projects from concept through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction. You will provide leadership on construction projects, collaborate with senior leadership, and monitor progress, risks, and forecasted costs, while maintaining strong client relationships and safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, engineering, architecture or related field.
• 8+ years experience as Owner’s Representative across project lifecycle.
• Strong leadership, communication and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite project representative overseeing construction activities.
• Manage payments, RFIs, submittals and change orders.
• Maintain project documentation including reports and photos.
• Lead meetings with design, progress, owner and other stakeholders.
• Monitor schedules and budgets; communicate deviations to senior PM.
• Prepare cost estimates with senior estimators.
• Build strong client relationships through effective communication.
• Collaborate with designers, managers, contractors and clients.
• Adhere to safety standards and promote a safety culture.
• Travel regularly to project sites across Central and Northern NJ.
