Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Construction Program Manager 3 to act as the owner's on-site representative in Phoenix, AZ. You will lead project development, ensure safety, schedules, budgets, and quality meeting standards.

The role requires extensive construction management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate stakeholders and contract administration in a high‑stakes environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in construction management and field oversight.
• Experience managing large-scale projects across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction management support across all phases of project development.
• Evaluate project performance and inform decisions with recommendations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
• Monitor activities for compliance with plans, permits, contracts and requirements.
• Review schedules and track progress against baseline schedules.
• Support cost monitoring, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Review drawings, specs, submittals, and documentation for constructability and compliance.
• Monitor procurement activities and equipment delivery schedules.
• Support administration of contracts and contractor performance.
• Promote project quality standards and processes.
• Continuously evaluate risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate site logistics and develop logistics plans.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders; attend meetings and prepare updates.
• Coordinate testing, start-up, and final acceptance activities.
