Amentum is seeking a Planner-Scheduler to manage construction schedules and coordinate shop work at NASA Johnson Space Center. The role involves generating detailed schedules, tracking milestones, and providing regular progress updates to management, customers, and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have scheduling software experience (MS Project, Maximo preferred), strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team on complex programs.

Qualifications

• Experience with scheduling principles, software, and databases.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction schedules using MS Project and track milestones.
• Coordinate shop schedules with the shop supervisor and customers.
• Develop long- and short-range work plans and generate performance reports.
• Evaluate shop performance through analysis of work authorization documents and data.
• Assist in budgeting and scheduling plans to meet contractual requirements for major program portions.
• Monitor program requirements and ensure compliance with procurement regulations.
