Job summary

Audubon Companies, LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead site construction and installation across product lines. You will instruct contractors on best practices, oversee civil, general construction, and equipment installation, and coordinate with engineering to keep drawings up to date.

The ideal candidate has 20+ years of oil & gas experience, welding and ASME certifications, PMD accreditations, and a proven ability to read IFC, P&IDs, ISOs, and 3-D models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction applications and/or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 20 years’ experience in oil & gas construction and installation of process equipment.
• Welding, Boiler Manufacturing, ASME certifications, PMD accreditations.
• Ability to read and interpret IFC, 3-D models, ISOs, P&IDs & PFD drawings.
• Ability to lead by example and manage client contractor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with general contractors and field client base.
• Provide oversight of civil, general construction, and installation of equipment and/or processes.
• Provide job-site stewardship to all parties.
• Investigate schedule slippage and recover the schedule with data.
• Incorporate new business strategies for effective job-site presence.
