Job summary

Per Sé Group is seeking an experienced construction manager for a utility-scale renewable energy site in Mendota, CA. You will act as the owner-side presence, coordinating EPCs, contractors and suppliers to keep safety, quality and schedule moving in harmony.

With 3–5 years in solar or wind project work and a solid grasp of EPC contracts, you’ll lead现场 activities, drive issue resolution, and report progress to the CPM and broader project team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in utility-scale solar or wind project management
• Experience with EPC contracts and construction sequencing
• Ability to lead contractors and coordinate field teams
• Strong communication and problem-spotting skills
• Focus on safety, quality and schedule integrity

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction against drawings, scope, permits, contracts and standards
• Oversee safety, quality, environmental compliance, productivity, logistics and schedule
• Walk site, inspect work, identify issues and intervene for safety and quality
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers and site personnel while respecting EPC means and methods
• Track milestones, deliveries, procurement issues and critical path risks
• Lead site meetings and communicate progress to CPM and project team
• Support inspections and transfers during care, custody & control processes
