Job summary

Levco Construction is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead crews and subcontractors on job sites. The role involves performing advanced construction tasks and supervising on-site personnel to deliver projects on time and to standard.

Responsibilities include coordinating trades, maintaining safety, managing material orders, and communicating with project managers. Travel may be required as part of this position, with a focus on quality and timely completion.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of finish carpentry, framing, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Ability to lead and train crew members at multiple sites.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and work on multiple construction/renovation projects simultaneously.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are always met.
• Coordinate material orders and deliveries, communicate with vendors and project managers.
• Travel as required, including overnight stays.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supervise crew vehicles.
