SkipCo LLC is seeking a General Crew Lead to drive day-to-day operations across multiple job sites. The role involves coordinating crews, managing schedules, and ensuring safety compliance on site. You will work with site leadership to maintain high-quality finishes and timely project progress.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of residential crew leadership, strong organizational skills, and a readiness to work nights and weekends as project needs require. Benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ proven experience leading a residential labor crew.
• Deep understanding of what materials are needed for different scopes of work.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Self-motivated team player with leadership qualities and a proactive work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Review job orders, scopes of work, project plans, and specifications before arriving at a work site.
• Delegate daily tasks to crew members based on skills and timelines.
• Monitor workflow to keep projects on schedule and quality standards.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for clients and escalate issues as needed.
• Lead safety briefings and ensure compliance with OSHA and site protocols.
• Track daily logs, attendance, and material usage.
