Allworld Project Management is seeking a Construction Inspector to oversee contractor work onsite in Memphis, TN, ensuring compliance with contract specifications and codes. The role requires documenting progress, resolving access issues, and maintaining detailed records across demolition, renovation, and new construction projects.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of construction inspection experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of construction inspection experience.
• Airport construction experience preferred.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and construction details.
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and document contractor work for compliance with contract specifications.
• Coordinate activities to resolve access issues hindering contractor work.
• Investigate incidents and document field information for resolution.
• Review contractor work to ensure quality and suggest repairs or maintenance.
• Prepare detailed reports on construction progress and inspection activities and maintain records.
• Oversee inspections to ensure contractor compliance with codes and drawings.
