WS Development seeks a Director of Construction for Station Square in Pittsburgh to lead the on-site execution of a landmark redevelopment. You will oversee core/shell, infrastructure and tenant-improvement work while coordinating with Leasing, Development, Design Studio, and Operations teams.

The role requires 10–12+ years in commercial construction with leadership experience, delivering projects on time and within budget in occupied properties. Based on-site in Pittsburgh with travel as needed.

Qualificações

• 10–12+ years of commercial construction experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with mixed-use, retail, or adaptive-reuse/historic redevelopment projects.
• Experience delivering construction on active, occupied properties.
• Knowledge of Pittsburgh/Western PA market is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of all Station Square construction activities.
• Serve as primary on-site construction leader coordinating multiple projects while maintaining operations for tenants and hotel.
• Act as liaison between internal WS Development departments and contractors/onsite design team.
• Review and approve budgets, schedules, change orders, and contracts for Station Square work.
• Identify, mitigate, and manage risks related to adaptive reuse and phased construction.
• Guide constructability and design reviews to improve feasibility and execution.
• Oversee turnover of spaces to Tenant Construction, Operations, and Leasing teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in construction processes as redevelopment progresses.
