Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience with the bid process.
• Knowledge of construction scheduling and cost-loaded schedules.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage estimates for pre-construction efforts.
• Develop project specific trade scopes and budget estimates.
• Lead the project estimate process and prepare bid documents.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to breakdown construction operations

Mastery of super structure, site and MEP trades

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software

Experience with RS Means software

Education

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent
