Job summary

Davenergy Solutions is seeking a Construction Administrator (CM-CA) to provide onsite Construction Facilities Management support at the Corporal Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA. The role requires coordinating QA, safety, scheduling, and documentation within government requirements.

The CM-CA will oversee construction processes, monitor contractor performance, and manage project records, logs, submittals, and RFI responses in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Experience translating regulatory requirements into project plans.
• Knowledge of QA, safety, scheduling, cost tracking.
• Ability to monitor contractor work for conformance with contract documents.
• Familiarity with site operations of a GC and subs.
• Experience with documentation, submittals, and RFI processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite Construction Facilities Management support at the VA Medical Center.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
• Coordinate QA, safety, and information management for projects.
• Prepare daily logs and progress reports documenting work and issues.
• Review submittals, RFIs, attend progress meetings, and track resolutions.
