Job summary

PJ Dick-Trumbull-Lindy Paving is seeking a qualified Laboratory Manager for the Montgomery Lock & Dam Project in Monaca, Pennsylvania. This long-term, full-time role involves overseeing onsite concrete and materials testing to support the project’s quality control program.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in materials laboratory testing and a strong background in project management. Compensation includes competitive salary, bonuses, and comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in concrete, aggregate, or construction materials laboratory testing.
• Prior supervisory or laboratory management experience preferred.
• Experience supporting large civil or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the onsite concrete and materials testing laboratory.
• Oversee quality control testing associated with concrete production.
• Supervise concrete cylinder casting and compressive strength testing.
• Maintain laboratory quality systems and testing logs.
• Train and mentor laboratory personnel.
