Job summary

Trilyon, Inc. is seeking a motivated Component Supply Planner to drive end-to-end component planning for strategic semiconductor and electronic parts. You will coordinate with suppliers, procurement teams, and contract manufacturers to ensure material availability and cost control.

The role requires 3–5 years in supply chain or manufacturing operations, hands-on ERP/MRP experience (SAP/Ariba), and strong Excel/data-analysis skills. Onsite in Santa Clara, CA with semiconductor industry exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SC/Operations or related field.
• 3–5 years in supply chain, procurement, or materials planning.
• Hands-on ERP/MRP experience (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite).
• Strong component planning and supplier coordination knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and data-analysis skills.
• Experience in semiconductor/electronics manufacturing.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SAP Ariba.
• Knowledge of DRAM, NAND, FPGA, QSFP, OSFP components.
• Experience with ODMs and contract manufacturers.
• Familiarity with Tableau and SQL.
• APICS CSCP/CPIM or PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end component planning for strategic semiconductor and electronic components.
• Manage supply commitments, purchase orders, and supplier deliveries using SAP/Ariba.
• Monitor inventory levels, material availability, and component cost throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain supply-demand forecasts and planning reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers, sourcing teams, and Contract Manufacturers (CMs).
• Manage excess and obsolete inventory (E&O), Last Time Buy (LTB), and component transitions.
• Support inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, and material variance resolution.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to mitigate shortages and ensure material availability.
