Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field.
• 5-8 years in materials planning, supply planning, purchasing, or EMS/manufacturing roles.
• Experience managing component shortages in fast-paced environments.
• Strong MS Excel and data analysis skills.
• Ability to manage supplier interactions and recovery plans independently.
• Structured problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own shortage portfolios and drive resolution to closure.
• Lead day-to-day shortage management for semiconductor and electronic component suppliers.
• Analyze supply/demand misalignments and identify root causes.
• Develop and maintain shortage recovery plans and track progress.
• Identify recovery opportunities: alternate sourcing, pull-ins, substitutions, expediting.
• Communicate demand forecasts and recovery priorities to suppliers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to mitigate supply risks.
