Job summary

FirstService Residential in Irvine, CA seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead on-site operations for The Townes, a 273-unit community. You will support the Senior Community Manager in daily maintenance, vendor oversight, compliance, and homeowner relations.

You will independently assess issues, coordinate projects, and present recommendations to the Board while ensuring adherence to governing documents and Association standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CMCA certification preferred.
• Minimum of two years in HOA or property management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational needs of the community, including maintenance coordination and inspections.
• Coordinate vendor relationships, manage work orders, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Prepare Board materials and community communications in partnership with the SCM.
• Maintain compliance with governing documents and architectural standards.
